Halfway between Hanoi and Halong City is the town of Hong Ngoc. Tourists stop at a center there, where children with special needs, including victims of Agent Orange, make clothing, jewelry and other artistic items for sale. Also included are roadside images from the journey, including workers in a rice paddie and views of the streets of Hong Ngoc.
